Jacqueline Y. Willard, 87, formerly of 68 Summer Street, Lewiston, died Friday, May 10, 2013, at the d’Youville Pavilion, where she had been a resident for the past few years. Born in Lewiston on June 16, 1925, she was the daughter of Rosaire and Claire Martineau. Educated locally, she married Arthur L. Willard on April 10, 1948. She was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker, and also worked part-time at Bradlees in Lewiston, at the Jordan School cafeteria, and for several years owned and operated the Four Seasons Gift Shop in Stonington. She was a great cook, enjoyed sewing, doll collecting, and attending flea markets with her husband. Survivors include her loving husband of 65 years, Arthur of Lewiston, a son, Roland Lepage of Lewiston, three daughters, Linda Dorr of Lewiston, Francine Simard of Southington, CT, and June Michaud of Lewiston, nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

WILLARD, Jacqueline, 87, of Lewiston, died in Lewiston on Friday, May 10, 2013. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, 12 Noon, at the new section of the Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Augusta. No visitation. Donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Association of Maine, 383 U.S. Route 1, Suite 2C, Scarborough, ME 04074.
