Robert C. Boulet, 79, of 300 Stetson Road, Lewiston, died at his home on Sunday, March 15, 2015. Known to his many friends by his nickname, “Porky,” he was born in Lewiston on March 30, 1935, the son of Robert and Annette Guay Boulet. Educated in local schools, he was a graduate of Lewiston High School, Class of ’55. On September 15, 1956, he married the love of his life, the former Jeannette J. Asselin of Lewiston. Trained as an electrician, for many years he owned and operated Maine Wiring. He later owned and operated The Seafood Market on Bartlett Street in Lewiston, and owned several rental properties in Lewiston and Auburn. A member of Ss. Peter & Paul Basilica, Prince of Peace Parish, he had a life-long love of harness racing, and owned several horses over the years. Besides his loving wife of Lewiston, he is survived by two sons, Gary and wife Joli of Lewiston, Greg and wife Nichole of Lisbon, a brother, Richard and wife Celene of Lewiston, and two grandsons, Bradley and Maxwell. 

Funeral Notice

BOULET, Robert, 79, of Lewiston, died in Lewiston on Sunday, March 15, 2015. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, 2 - 4 & 6 - 8 PM. A Liturgy of the Word Service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, 11 AM. Interment, St. Peter’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the American Diabetes Association, New England Office,10 Speen Street, 2nd Floor, Framingham, Massachusetts, 01701.
